Decorating homes and businesses is a long-standing tradition around the holiday season. Unfortunately, these same decorations may increase your chances of fire. Based on data from the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the U.S. Fire Administration (USFA), an estimated 250 home fires involving Christmas trees and another 170 home fires involving holiday lights and other decorative lighting occur each year. Together, these fires resulted in 21 deaths and 43 injuries.

Following a few simple fire safety tips can keep electric lights, candles, and the ever popular Christmas tree from creating a tragedy. Learn how to prevent a fire and what to do in case a fire starts in your home. Make sure all exits are accessible and not blocked by decorations or trees. Help ensure that you have a fire safe holiday season.

The holidays are approaching fast. Members are encouraged to submit their orders before December 9th if they want to receive them before the Christmas holiday.

The Safety Points Redemption Center has recently undergone a major update. Also, the site needed to be relocated to another server for better reliability and access fro everyone. For security reasons the new site may require members to re-enter their address and it may or may not show order history from the previous site.

Remember, the Safety Points Redemtion Center does not contain member's earned safety points for security reasons. Members are mailed their earned safety point balance every 5 to 6 weeks with their payroll.

For security reasons members who sign up to redeem their safety points must do so under their real first and last name and include their current mailing address.
